✉️ How to Start a Return
Send us an email at woof@gingerdaisypets.com and we’ll guide you through the return process. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
🐶 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in crafting and packing your order, but if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’re so sorry!
Please email us right away at woof@gingerdaisypets.com with a photo and your order info so we can make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for:

Custom or personalized items

Sale items

Gift cards

Perishable goods, beauty products, or hazardous materials
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? If your item is eligible for return, you can send it back and place a new order separately. For custom items, reach out right away — if production hasn’t started yet, we may be able to accommodate changes.
🇪🇺 EU Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Custom-made items are excluded. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to process.
